New York: Tylenol recall 2010 list, Tylenol recall lot numbers & Tylenol arthritis medicine. Johnson & Johnson is facing criticism for its delay in recalling several Tylenol products that were suggested to be harmful for the users.

It is still not sure as to how much it is going to cost the company, nonetheless it must cost it a fortune.

But the cost of recall should not be considered an impediment in the recall of the products that has reportedly created problem in many cases and that has also been backed by an FDA study.

For the last many months there were reports that some Tylenol drugs were creating nausea and other problems among its users, but the company sat on the complaints without taking any action.

It announced the recall only when the results of a study conducted by FDA were complete and the study confirmed that in fact it was harmful for the users.

Johnson & Johnson is a global American pharmaceutical, medical devices and consumer packaged goods manufacturer founded in 1886. Its common stock is a component of the Dow Jones Industrial Average and the company is listed among the Fortune 500.

A report on the latest recall says, “On Friday, a unit of Johnson & Johnson expanded a recall of Tylenol products to other over-the-counter medicines, including Benadryl, Motrin, and Rolaids, because of reports of nausea and other symptoms. The time from those initial reports to Friday's action? Twenty months – and only after the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) had finished an investigation that found multiple problems at the Johnson & Johnson factory”.
