Detroit: Toyota recall list, Toyota Prius recall & Toyota Lexus recall: Toyota recalls 437,000 Prius cars. World’s largest car manufacturer Toyota is feeling the heat across the world. Its sales have gone down and it has closed its plants in United States. Besides it has to spend a fortune on recalling and changing the accelerators and other parts in the recalled cars.
This is the worst media that the company has got in a long time. Top cars in its inventory are being recalled and question mark is being put on almost every other Toyota car.
United States, one of the biggest markets for Toyota cars has been raising questions about the gas pedals that the car giant has fitted in its cars in the US.
Even its topmost car, Prius too is facing the heat from all the four corners from around the world. Several hundred thousand Prius cars have been recalled not just in Europe but in Japan and North America as well.
Tpyota president Akio Toyoda in a statement said, “We have decided to recall as we regard safety for our customers as our foremost priority”.
This is the largest recall of vehicles by any car manufacturer in automobile history and millions of Toyota users are worried about the safety of their vehicles.
