CHITTAGONG: India vs Bangladesh 1st test live streaming, India Bangladesh live match, live score: India 99/3. Indian captain seems to have eaten his words. Yesterday he had boasted that India was far superior team than hosts Bangladesh who seem to have improved tremendously in the last few months.
India have already lost three crucial wickets in the very first session of the first test match being played in Chittagong, Bangladesh.
Though the beginning seemed to be good initially with Sehwag trying to play test match like a twenty 20 game, they lost the focus and India lost both the highly talented openers to what Sehwag had said ‘ordinary’ Bangladeshi players.
Sehwag in a press conference yesterday had boasted about the great Indian batting line up saying he did not fear anything during the match and that there wouldn’t be any upset.
Shakibal hasan, the young Bangladeshi captain who like his teammate is on an average around eight years younger than the average Indian team members responded in kid saying India were not such a great team too.
And today by scalping Sehwag’s crucial wicket he responded in kind to Indian captain’s vitriolic.
Everyone was amazed by what Sehwag said yesterday. as a visiting side or as an opponent players let alone captains should not be disrespectable to their opponents off the field.
He outright rejected Bangladeshi team as of no value and no strength.
Someone should have asked him as to why he was playing there?
Indian captain throughout the last century have upheld the tradition of being the most respectable people of the field. And I think we should not use the sort of language that Sehwag used yesterday.
He should let his bat talk instead on making tall claims.
