HTC Droid Incredible Froyo Android 2.2 update enhances its prowess manifolds. HTC Droid Incredible has started updates for Android Froyo 2.2. Google Nexus one has already received updated early this summer. Motorola introduced Droid 2 in the market with preinstalled Android 2.2.  HTC's Evo 4G and Motorola's Droid have Froyo last month. Some other handsets are still waiting for the new updates.

Droid incredible users can download update through phone settings. Those who didn’t get the updates, they will get within few days.

Android 2.2 is the upgrade and the faster version of 2.1. Verizon wireless efficient network has been providing updates to Droid owners from Friday. It is not sure how much time it will take to complete downloads.

The new update has offering the ability to use phone 3G hot spot for up to five Wi-Fi devices, Flash 10.1 support and 720p video recording. HTC Droid Incredible becomes the third smartphone on Verizon to have updates and AT&T is the only carrier without any Android 2.2 Froyo updates.
